- baby carrots, all in a row
- homemade olive tapenade dip
- raw cashews and pumpkin seeds mixed together
- homemade raw guacamole, a great big blob of it!
- homemade hot sauce — spicy!
- homemade pineapple salsa

Vegan section plates ingredients, clockwise from top:
- coconut milk yogurt
- little scoop of raw goji berries sprinkled on the plate by the yogurt, perfect for stirring in
- a spoonful of raw homemade almond butter
- handful of organic red grapes
- little dish of raw homemade trail mix: dried papaya spears, raw pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, dried cranberries, dried cherries
- melon balls (though they look morew like melon BLOBS since I made them in a hurry!
- organic medjool dates, stuffed with a bit of homemade almond butter
- raw crystallized ginger, so ZINGY!

- bunch of organic green grapes
- organic fresh strawberries
- little vine of homegrown cherry tomatoes
- sliced grapefruit
- small handful of raw dehydrated coconut slices (mmm, tastes like the tropics)
- handful of raw almonds

Test post, vegan section plates!
Section plates ingredients, all organic, clockwise from the top:
- frozen grape kabobs (simply thread grapes on wood skewers and freeze!)
- one dish of homemade raw almond butter
- half of an apple
- diced watermelon
- a ramekin of raw pumpkin seeds
- half of a nectarine
- in front of the grapes is a little cluster of dehydrated strawberries — these are like little strawberry wafers and just melt in your mouth!
